Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. This goes double for returns and exchanges. We accept returns for 30 days following delivery. For items past 30 days, there is a minimum 20% restocking fee, and items can only be returned at our discretion.

ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will incur a restocking fee, and we will NOT refund any shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30%. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.

If you want to return a purchase, the first step is to contact us by email (help@renewedmacs.com). If the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through Fedex, which will include the RMA number. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 days.
