Purchases made between November 15th and December 31st have an extended return period. The return deadline for purchases within that date range are January 31st. Anything returned later than January 31st would fall under our warranty and can only be exchanged/replaced/repaired.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, expecially for returns and exchanges. We accept returns for 30 days following delivery. For items past 30 days, we do not accept returns.
We do not charge a restocking fee for items ordered in error or buyer’s remorse, however in those circumstances the buyer must pay for return shipping costs. When communicating with our team, they will provide you with a reference number for your return along with our return address.
If you want to return a purchase, the first step is to contact us by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return is approved, we will confirm next steps to return the device. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 business days.
If you used a credit card on PayPal, the funds may take a few days to show up on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account on PayPal, the funds may be returned to your PayPal balance, and require your action. In the rare event that we do not have the full amount to cover the refund in our PayPal account at the time of processing, the funds will be pulled from our bank account, which this takes 4-5 days.
