REMINDER:  Knowing that e-commerce shipping is at an all time high, we expect that small parcel carriers such as FedEx will be stretched beyond capacity. This, combined with strict COVID-19 protocols at our warehouse, may result in delays with standard and expedited shipping.

Shipping Schedule

All products are shipped via Standard Ground (unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout) from our Ohio warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please also allow a 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note: During high volume periods orders may take up to 5 business days to ship from our warehouse for ground delivery orders.

After a shipping label has been created, we will email the tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. Standard Ground delivery is usually 3-5 business days. Please note: With Standard Ground, they will leave the package at the address listed on the order and will not require a signature. cannot guarantee the security of the drop-off location on the order and is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you have not received the package after the carrier indicates that the shipment has been delivered, we will initiate an investigation through the carrier. Only the carrier can determine if the claim is valid and the order should be replaced or refunded. Carrier claims can take 10-14 days to process and the outcome is not guaranteed.


*All completed orders will ship out the following business day, including orders that have selected overnight shipping. If you make a purchase today and select overnight shipping, your package will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Overnight orders placed on Thursday will ship out on Friday and will arrive the following Monday (unless stated otherwise). Overnight orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

How To Track Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if you have provided the correct email. If you do not receive your tracking number, log in to your account and check if your email address is incorrect. You may also see your tracking information online in your account.

Invalid Tracking Numbers

This usually happens during the time that the warehouse sends a confirmation to the warehouse that the order has been shipped. Once a tracking number is established, they actually need to scan the label for the tracking number to begin working. If you get this message trying to track your package, try again the next day and it should work then.

Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise, excluding any shipping fees.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse your shipment from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to

Order Changes tries to ship orders as fast as possible. In the event that you need to make a change to an order, requests that you contact us immediately to cancel your order before it ships so you can place a new order. That way there will be a better chance that the product you want is still in stock. Once the order is sent to the warehouse for processing, we can no longer make changes to this order. Please contact customer service and see if this is possible.

Package Forwarding

If an address provided for shipping an order is for a package forwarding company, any warranty through will become null and void. In addition, cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during shipping when a package is forwarded.
