Please make sure to pack your device very safely and securely to make sure it is not damaged on its journey back to us. Upon receipt of your device and confirmation of all of the device details we will evaluate and diagnose your device. will remedy any accepted Warranty claim by fixing the device, replacing the device, or issuing a refund if the defect or failure cannot be remedied.

*Exclusions include, but are not limited to those that result from negligence, abuse, misuse, or external cause. This limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, intentional damage, liquid damage, defects and/or failures that may result from device modifications made by the purchaser or a third party, software issues and incompatibilities, and cosmetic wear and tear. This limited warranty will be null and void, and your device will be returned to you AS-IS at your expense or recycled, if it is found that your returned device's defect or failure resulted from or shows evidence of any of the following: liquid contact, modification or alteration of the device from its original state, jailbreak, accidental or intentional damage, Firmware Lock that cannot be removed, Activation Lock that cannot be removed, Device Management settings that cannot be removed, or missing or swapped components. This limited warranty is non-transferrable and shall immediately terminate upon the transfer of the device unless the device is transferred to a family member.

*In order for Warranty work to be performed on your device, there is a chance that your device may have to have the hard drive wiped and reset back to factory settings. Because of this, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have a current backup of the hard drive made before you send in your device for service. Additionally, all devices sent in for Warranty work must be free and clear from any and all user passwords, firmware passwords, icloud passwords, activation locks, Find My iPhone, Find My iPad, or Find My Mac features, mobile device management profiles, Apple DEP designations, and any other conditions that would prevent us from being able to fix any issues that may exist. must have the ability to fully wipe, reset, and reactivate the device on a new user account, restriction free. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the device being sent in for Warranty service meets these standards. If a device sent in for Warranty service has any features activated that prevent from processing, diagnosing, or fixing the device, the customer will be given the opportunity to have these conditions removed. If the features preventing from performing our duties cannot be remedied, the Warranty claim will be denied and the device will be returned to the customer at customer's expense AS-IS. does not accept any responsibility for any data loss that may result from Warranty service.
